What time does the car park open for CCFC home Games?
3 Hours before a match and closes 1 hour after. For big events we usually open earlier, please enquire if you plan on arriving earlier for a non-match event such as the Coldplay Tour.

Is the car park easy to find and recognise?
Yes, just follow the official parking signs about a mile out from the Ricoh. The signs are an luminous yellow colour, with a big 'P' with "official" in writing on top, and an arrow pointing you to the nearest off-site car park.

Can I park on the streets around the Ricoh Arena?
No. You cannot park on any street within 2 kilometres of the Ricoh Arena. A strict residents' parking scheme is enforced on event days as part of the Ricoh Arena’s green travel plan. This enforcement situated within 2 kilometres of the venue, so we advise you to either book through ourselves or direct with the Ricoh Arena.

Can I get a refund on my parking ticket?
Sorry but we don't issue refunds unless the event gets cancelled.

Can I change Car Parks once I have booked?
Yes. You can upgrade or change Car Parks. You will only be charged the difference.

Will I get actual tickets for the Car Park?
No. Your car registration will be put on a list and verified when you arrive on the day.

Can I change the Car registration that I will be using on the day?
Yes. We must know at least 24hrs before the event.
